AI analysis examines all products in your stack to check whether ingredient intake exceeds safe limits, identify potential interactions between ingredients, and provide an overall safety assessment with personalized recommendations. You need to add products to "My Products" first.

On the Intake Analysis page, go to the AI Report or AI Recommend tab and click the "Export PDF" button to download your analysis as a PDF file. This is useful for sharing with your doctor or dietitian.

Data & Trust

Our product data comes from two official sources: the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database (DSLD) in the United States, and the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) approved product registry. Each product shows its data source for transparency.

AI analysis is based on published nutrition research and official Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA/UL). It provides reference-level guidance but should not replace professional medical advice. Please consult a doctor or dietitian for health concerns.

We regularly sync with the NIH DSLD and TFDA databases, typically at least once a month. Each update is logged to ensure data freshness and traceability.

Products from the NIH DSLD are originally in English. We are gradually adding Chinese translations. If you find a product missing its Chinese name, please let us know through the contact form.

The Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) and Tolerable Upper Intake Levels (UL) are based on standards published by the National Academies of Medicine. These values apply to healthy adults; recommendations may differ for special populations such as pregnant women or children.

Account & Privacy

No. Basic features like searching, comparing, and browsing products are available without an account. However, if you want to use advanced features like the dosage tracker and AI analysis, we recommend creating an account to save your data.

When not logged in, your product list and dosage records are stored in your browser's localStorage and only exist on your device. After logging in, data is securely stored in our Supabase cloud database and syncs across devices.

Please submit an account deletion request through the Contact Us page. We will process your request within 7 business days. Once deleted, all personal data, dosage records, and analysis history will be permanently removed.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email. The system will send a password reset email to your inbox. Click the link in the email to set a new password.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. All data transmission is encrypted, and we only collect the minimum data necessary to provide our services. You can request to export or delete your personal data at any time.
